About Us
The St. Francis Xavier Knights of Columbus Council #10064 focuses on our parish and in a broader sense of our global neighbors. With the gracious support of the parish community our programs and activities such as meat sales and the tootsie roll drive, amounted in donations, dollars, goods, and services of more than $24,000 with 3,500 hours of service. Visits to the sick and bereaved, blood donorship, as well as service at mass as ushers, lectors, eucharistic ministers, and many other appreciable acts are some other examples of how the knights volunteer their time which everyone can participate in.

January
State Mid-Year Meetings
Grand Knights and District Deputies meet to focus on goals for the year.
February
Super Bowl Meat Sale
Our first Meat Sale of the year. Our Meat Sales help support our seminarians as well as support SFX School 8th grade ventures. Remaining proceeds help our operating expenses throughout the year.
Engagement Encounter Weekend Meal Prep
Usually in February or March, we help our Engagement Encounter teams to keep the cost of the weekends down by providing lunch and dinner during this marriage prep retreat.

State Convention
Knights of Columbus throught the state of Alabama have the opportunity to get together as a group for fellowship. This is the business year end for the Knights as an organization.
June
Officer Elections
Typically held at the beginning of the fiscal year officers will be nominated and voted into new roles to continue the future of the Knights of Columbus.
July
Installment Dinner
We have our annual potluck dinner to install new officers.
September
Fall Meat Sale
Our second meat sale of the year. Usually falls somewhere between labor day and the end of September.
Silver Rose
The rose was chosen to commemorate Juan Diego and the miracle of the roses, an important part of the story of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Learn More

Annual Tootsie Roll Drive
Annual Tootsie Roll to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. We personally raise money to support the SFX Nazareth House ministry.
Coats for Kids
Coordinating with ministries within the SFX family our council purchases new coats with profits from Meat Sale to distribute as needed.
December
Bread Sale
Bread and cookies from St. Bernard will be sold to raise money for St. Bernard and our seminarians.
